Sometimes you can't be there. Sometimes you wish you could go back. Virtual reality technology enables the viewer to immerse him/herself in a scene and explore its infinite details using a computer and mouse.
These panoramas were created by shooting a series of digital images with Nikon's Coolpix 990 (with wide angle lens converter) on a tripod with a Bogen VR head. The images were taken stitched together using Apple's QuickTime VR Authoring Studio software. The result is an interactive experience that transforms the flat 2D image into an exciting 3-dimentional world.
